LOTUS Workshop – Empowering Inclusive Entrepreneurship

On 1 December 2025 (12:00–14:00 CET), the LOTUS Project hosted an online workshop on inclusive entrepreneurship.

The session opened with an introduction to the LOTUS Project, followed by explorations of gender and entrepreneurship, practical DEI strategies, and Gender Impact Assessment in higher education and innovation.

Participants left with concrete approaches for embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion into entrepreneurial ecosystems across European universities.
